famous experts in the food industry and founded research
center since 1995, on the basis of the center, the group
set up Hualong food research institute. Now the staff
in the institute are all bachelors or above, among which
are 5 maters or above and are trained through systematic
MBA training. In addition, the institute has appointed
some famous experts as advisor to engage in the new
products research.
¡¡¡¡The group gradually increases its dimensions and better
the conditions for scientific research in order to improve
the ability to develop new products. Hualong Group Food
Research Institute is set up with the investment of
more than RMB10 million and equipped with first-class
experiment and detection instruments imported from America
and German, consisting of a physical and chemical laboratory,
a microorganism laboratory and a raw material detection
laboratory etc. At present, the second phase of the
new institute has been put into use, which composes
of the following four development departments: noodle
department, Seasoning department, pastry department
and Flour department, which also ensure the strong ability
to develop new products in every area in food industry,
therefore strengthened the competitive power of the
products.
¡¡¡¡Hualong group is intended to set up Hualong food institute
in Beijing, Japan and Korea in the following three years,
which ensures the group to integrate with the international
first-class technology and apply more scientific, more
advanced technology to the production to offer much
healthier, more nutritious, more delicious food to the
consumers, then we can realize the promise of "to
see Hualong noodles everyday".
