The group is placing more importance to the training of the personnel with the expansion of the group, while the staff also considers the training as material benefits. In addition to various kinds of inner training, the group also devotes much attention to make use of external resources. The group dispatch 40 middle and senior supervisors to attend EMBA Training hold by Peking University in year 2000 and in year 2001, the group send the second group middle and senior supervisors to Peking University and Tsinghua University to attend EMBA Training, which is second to none in private enterprises in China.
